Absolutely. We regularly review your care plan, typically at the end of the 1st, 3rd, and 6th months, and at least every 6 months after that. If your needs change, we’ll make adjustments quickly to ensure your care remains perfect for you.

24/7 care is when a waking carer is with a client 24/7. Usually, 2-3 x Carers will work in shifts to cover any 24H period. Live-in care is when a Carer resides in your home with you. They need to sleep, eat and have downtime during any 24H period but even when not actively working or asleep they offer a reassuring presence and can be called on if needed - other than their 2H break/day which we can cover if required. In short both offer 24/7 peace of mind, but Live-in care will be more affordable and 24/7 care more suited to someone with higher care needs around-the-clock.
