It’s always nice to put a face to a name so here are a few of the key people who might answer your call….
With well in excess of 25 years’ experience in care Nik is our very dedicated Care Manager and a Director of the company. Nik came to Jersey in 2013, has a love for all things with four feet and spends her spare time walking her much loved labrador. Nik also enjoys foreign holidays and assures us she does switch off with a good book when on holiday, although some of her colleagues need to see this to believe it!
Care Manager & Director
Adding 14 years’ care experience to the management team, Emma has worked her way up from being a community Carer to Deputy Manager and completed her NVQ5 in Care Management unusually early in her career. Emma runs our hourly care team in addition to supporting Nik and Carole on the Live-in side of the business. In her spare time she loves boxing to keep fit, walking her rescue dog and is a very talented cake baker and decorator (including for the office if we’re lucky!).
Deputy Care Manager
An ex-Police-woman who’s lived in England and France, Carole joined CI Home Care as a Live-in Carer. After 3 years Live-in experience Carole decided she loved care and Jersey so much that she moved here! Now boasting almost as much hourly care experience as Live-in, Carole has completed her NVQ5, the qualification required by a Care Manager, and is our Assistant Manager and Live-in Supervisor. In her spare time she loves reading forensic crime novels, and spending time with friends and family both here and in France.

Superb at keeping the accounts in order, Nicole is the person to call if you have any invoicing queries or comments. Nicole manages the company’s day to day book-keeping and assists with all things office related. Working Monday to Wednesday, she certainly keeps things organised and up to date. The rest of her time is spent being an excellent Mum to her young son and running her own business from home.
