- Bespoke care – your “care plan” (the frequency and design of visits) is only agreed after a thorough assessment of your unique needs and wishes.
- Transparency – this care plan, which also hosts our Carers’ observations each visit, lives with you so is available for review whenever you like.
- Regular care reviews – at the end of your 1st, 3rd, and 6th months, then at minimum every 6 months thereafter, or whenever your needs change.
- Dedicated to promoting independence – our goal is for you to remain as independent and safe as possible for as long as possible.
- Flexible and responsive – we’ll adapt to your needs, changing visit times or care levels as required.
- Proactive and helpful – we use any unused time to go beyond basic duties, ensuring you get the most from every visit.
- Transport assistance – we can take you out for errands, appointments, or simply for fun!
